Care Partners is a program that works depression in adulthood developing a treatment plan with a health team in collaboration with SAC HealthSystem as primary care. We offer a personalized collaborative where the elderly benefit from medical, psychiatric and counseling services to improve their quality of life. We provide intensive support visits by highly trained health workers to families with adults over 65 years of age and older

Healthy Children and Resilient Families services families with children ages 0-5 and expecting mothers.  The program focuses on a 16 week parenting curriculum (Nurturing Parenting), family strengthening tools and case management. The parenting lessons consist of child development, appropriate discipline strategies and how to strengthen the bond of family members. HCRF is in the areas of Adelanto, Barstow, El Mirage, Oro Grande, Phelan, Pinon Hills, Rim Mountain Communities and Trona. Riverside County

Jump Start is an English and Literacy program designed to provide opportunities to adults of all nationality’s no matter their immigration status;  This program is especially for those who have not completed high school and who desire to increase their educational attainment for entry or advancement in the workforce or for additional educational opportunities.  The topics provided are

•High School Equivalency(Hi Set)
•English Literacy and Civics Education (EL Civics)
